I needed my plans done very quickly, we were closing on our home needed to start the building process directly after closing. Used Ken to provide sealed drawings for a do-it-yourself porch project. He was very sharp and accommodating to my suggestions but I ended up using his design because of it was more attractive as well as easier to build. He is super pleasant to work with, prompt and fair. The code for Florida changed soon after I received the plans and Ken was kind enough to update them for me at no charge. Thanks Ken. Great job.
